We respect your privacy. When you purchase a product or enter a contest, we collect your name, mailing address, and contact information to:
Fulfill and ship your merchandise
Notify you if you win a prize

If entering without a purchase, we will also require a photocopy or scan of valid government-issued ID to verify age and residency. This information is only used to administer the contest and is never shared, sold, or reused for marketing.
2. Contest Disclaimer
This giveaway is a promotional contest and not a lottery, sweepstakes, or gambling activity.
Participation is free with purchase or through a no-purchase alternative entry (details below). By entering, you agree to the terms and rules of the contest.
3. How It Works
For every $20 CAD spent on product, you receive 1 free contest entry ticket.
Example: $120 purchase = 6 tickets.
Tickets are entered into the active prize draw.
When the required number of tickets has been distributed (the “ticket goal”), one ticket is randomly drawn.
The selected winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to claim their prize.
4. Eligibility
You must be a legal resident of Canada and have reached the age of majority in your province or territory:
18 years old in: Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and Saskatchewan
- 19 years old in: British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, and Yukon Minors (under the age of majority) are not eligible to enter or claim prizes.
5. Prize Conditions
• All prizes must be accepted as awarded with no cash substitutes or exchanges.
• Prizes are non-transferable. The person named on the winning ticket must claim the prize and answer the required skill-testing question.
• Proof of identity may be required before releasing a prize.
• To complete prize claiming, the selected entrant must provide their full name, city or province, and date of birth for verification.
• The winner must also participate in a short recorded video call with an ALLREC.CA representative to confirm their win.
• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that ALLREC.CA may use their name, city or province, and a short winner reaction on the website and on social media platforms.
• Prize fulfillment will be confirmed within two to five business days after successful verification.
6. No Purchase Necessary Entry (Free Sign-Up Option)
You must be a legal resident of Canada and have reached the age of majority in your province or territory:
- Every new eligible user who signs up at ALLREC.CA will receive one (1) free entry ticket. This free ticket is valid only for the $100 Interac e-Transfer prize draw, which is held once per month. No purchase is required to receive this ticket.
- All other prize draws require a qualifying purchase. Free tickets cannot be used toward any other prizes.
- Limit of one (1) free entry per person. ALLREC.CA reserves the right to verify age, identity, and eligibility before awarding any prize.
7. Winner Notification & Prize Claiming
• The winning ticket will be drawn once the prize ticket goal is reached.
• The chosen entrant will be contacted by email and phone and will have two days to respond.
• To claim the prize, the selected entrant must reply with the correct answer to the skill-testing question and meet all conditions described in Section 5.
• If the winner does not respond in time or fails to meet all requirements, a new winner will be drawn.
8. Right to Modify, Cancel, or Suspend
ALLREC.CA reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any contest at any time, for any reason, in accordance with applicable Canadian law.
