Refund & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

At ALLREC.CA, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our policy below for full details on returns, exchanges, and gift card conditions.

1. Apparel Merchandise Returns & Exchanges

Return Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, packing slip, or order confirmation is required.

Returns can be processed as: An exchange for another item of equal or lesser value, or as store credit issued as a digital voucher.

Refunds to the original payment method may be granted at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards. (digital or physical)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or clearance.
  • Customized or personalized items.

All gift card sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a replacement or refund where applicable. You may be asked to submit a photo for verification.

4. Online Returns Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email our customer support team at contact@ALLREC.CA
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Follow the return instructions provided by our team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.

5. Refund Timing

Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be made to the original payment method where applicable. If that’s not possible, store credit will be issued instead.

6. Legal Compliance

This policy is governed by applicable Canadian consumer protection laws. It does not affect your statutory rights.
